A new interpretation of this traditional Valais grape. A grape variety with personality and distinctive character.

The variety has its origins in the nearby Aosta Valley, from where it found its way over the Great St. Bernard to us in Valais.
Light ruby red colour. In the nose, pronounced, complex aromas of undergrowth, leaves and floral notes (violets). On the palate, ripe aromas, fine spice, elderberry notes and polished tannins. In the finish balanced and persistent.

Best served with game and red meat. 14-16° C.
