    2012 Heinz Julen developed a rental apartment in an old tradehouse in the center of Amsterdam. The building was carefully renovated and equipped with Heinz Julen furniture. During the first 3 years a small Heinz Julen Shop was operating on the ground floor. The apartment is now in private use.
